Q. What can a telecom consultant or agent do for me?

Q. What’s an “engagement letter,” and why does BH Telecom Group ask their clients to sign one?

A. The engagement letter clarifies the terms of the relationship between BH Telecom Group and our client. For example, when you hire us, our services include discussing with you regarding the needs of your business, preparing a thorough list of recommendations for you, and researching the fees of multiple carriers. All of this takes time. If you decide to buy services directly from the carrier, or to not take our recommendations (in which case we do not get compensated for our efforts), we will charge you a reasonable consulting fee.

Q. What is “price assurance,” and why should I care?

A. We guarantee that BH Telecom Group will get you the lowest possible rates for the telecom services your business requires. Since we don’t mark up the rates we get for you, the price you receive will be as low or lower than the rate you would get if you dealt directly with the service provider. So, with our guarantee, if you somehow manage to get a lower price from the same carrier for the same carrier, we either cure in a few days or our contract is nullified, and you will not owe us a dime.

Q. As your client, who do I deal with after BH Telecom Group helps me acquire services?

A. The monthly bill you receive will come from the carrier/phone company after you’ve chosen them based on our advice. If you experience any problems with the service, you will call the carrier’s support line first. But if the problem isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, BH Telecom Group will help you get the attention you need until any issues are fixed.
